Commissioning – Active Systems
Blue Quality Services has extensive experience providing building commissioning services utilizing ASHRAE’s Guideline 0 – The Commissioning Process and achieving LEED credits associated with Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning.Our Active Systems Commissioning scope of services includes review and observation of performance testing of mechanical HVAC systems, emergency power generation, solar power generation, wind power generation, and domestic hot water systems.
Commissioning – Building Enclosure Systems
Unlike many of our contemporaries, Blue Quality Services has provided quality assurance and commissioning services for building enclosure systems since our founding. We integrate our Building Enclosure QA suite of services into our formal Commissioning Process offering a reliable third party review of windows, walls, and roofs.
